New service manager at Ford Country, Kirt, is learning how to track which advisors are presenting the VMA menu. She plans to hold the service drive accountable, and the expectation is that the menu is presented to every customer, every time.

Antonio trained with Advisors Scott, Maurice, and Walter at Lexus of Henderson. They covered MOA and 44K to establish the fundamentals, touched on VMA and next moved into walk‑around training. After that, they worked through the RIM process, overcoming objections, and presenting the product 100% of the time.

Transmission training at Meineke on Blue Diamond. The team got hands-on experience and saw great results from the exchange.

Training at Findlay Chevrolet with the back shop. Carl’s focus was on the importance of a thorough Multi-Point Inspection and how consistent inspections help identify customer needs, build trust, and create opportunities to recommend the right maintenance.

Performed a Platinum Fuel Service using the BG Rev-It tool while also restoring the vehicle’s headlights. It’s a great example of maximizing efficiency.
