Antonio received a call over the weekend about a leaking hose on Findlay Toyota PF7, and he was able to get out there and replace it ASAP.
This is a great example of the partnership we work to provide our dealerships. When an equipment issue comes up, we don’t want our customers waiting around for parts or losing opportunities to perform services. We usually keep what we need in stock and can get most issues handled within one business day.

A BG 937 Power Steering Service Center came back from a dealership that hasn’t been hitting its loans-to-target.
Power steering services may be slowing down at some dealerships, but you know who still performs plenty of them? Independent shops.
This machine is getting cleaned up and will go through a full inspection. We’ll check for leaks, damage, proper operation, and make sure everything it needs is ready to go. Then it’s headed to an independent shop that has already been asking for one.
These machines aren’t trophies, and they’re not meant to sit on display. They’re tools meant to work.
Let’s put this BG 937 back to work somewhere it can service vehicles and generate revenue.

Demo Day at BG Southern Nevada, and we took things back to the chemistry behind one of our most well-known products.

Together, our team painted the picture of how deposits can form over time on fuel injectors, intake valves, and inside the combustion chamber. Then we introduced BG 44K® Fuel System Cleaner and watched the chemistry go to work.

As the mixture was heated, we could see 44K begin to break down and dissolve the deposits - a visual representation of what it’s designed to do inside the fuel system.

But Demo Day wasn’t just about performing the demo. Our team worked together, asked questions, shared ideas, and practiced how to take the science behind the product and turn it into a story that’s easy to understand.

Because a great demo isn’t just about showing something cool.

It’s about making the science make sense.

A little maintenance goes a long way in keeping the shop running smoothly.

Antonio had an opportunity for some impromptu training at AutoNation Buick GMC Henderson with Taj. He had about a 15-minute window, so Antonio used that time to perform a DCA field test. It’s a quick and effective BG fuel test that can be performed right on the spot, and Taj was impressed with what he saw.
Now Taj has seen the test firsthand, understands the value behind it, and has a personal testimony he can share with his customers when presenting the service.
Sometimes 15 minutes is all you need to create a great training opportunity.

BMW of Henderson had a few machines down, so Antonio gave them a quick cleanup and had them picked up to bring back to the warehouse.
Sometimes we can make the repairs in the field, but other times it makes more sense to bring the equipment back and get it handled properly. We’ll get these machines repaired and back to the dealership as quickly as possible so they can get back to generating revenue.
