π€·ββοΈ"How do I turn VISIBILITY into actual sales conversations?"
You know content matters.
But you're still struggling to get people to reach out about your services.
Here's what most coaches & service providers don't realize:
Content's job isn't just to educate.
The goal of content is to create conversations.
And that's the piece many business owners are missing.
That's why I wanted to share a free class & action plan from Business Coach & Marketing Strategist Hailey Rowe:
π The 5 Posts to Book Your Next 10 Discovery Calls π
Inside the training, Hailey breaks down:
βοΈ The 5 types of posts that actually lead to discovery calls, email subscribers, and sales inquiries
βοΈ A simple 3-step framework to turn your content into conversations
βοΈ How to transition naturally into your offer without sounding awkward or salesy
βοΈ The surprising reason why engagement is not the metric you should be obsessing over & what you should be doing instead
So if you've been building visibility but want more leads, conversations, and sales opportunities from your content...
I think you'll enjoy this one. Link is in the comments.
(Full disclosure: I am an affiliate for Hailey's work, so I may earn a small commission if you go on to work with her down the road. I only ever share what I would happily use myself.)

You don't need a book. You don't need a TEDx. You don't need a speaker page. You don't even need a perfect one-sheet.
I know. I know. That's the opposite of what the internet keeps selling you.
Over twenty years on the other side of the stage...I never once passed on someone because they didn't have a book. I never scrolled a website looking for a bestseller sticker. I never once listened to a TEDx talk.
I booked people I trusted, and people my trusted people vouched for.
The whole "get a book, get a TEDx, THEN you can pitch" thing? It's a really convenient way to stay busy instead of getting booked. You're procrastibusy.
The prerequisites you're waiting to finish are not the thing standing between you and the stage. The relationships are.
So here's your permission slip: start now. Pitch the podcast. Message the host. Get in the room. Perfect-later is costing you booked-now.
Drop "ASSESS" in the comments and let's build the pitch you can send this week... book or no book.
And don't get it twisted...I'm not saying don't write the book, or don't pursue the TEDx stage...I'm saying stop waiting until you have them to start creating the impact and income you were called to make.
Ya'll know the deal. One day is here. Your audience...is waiting.

You can be the most visible expert in the room and still walk out empty.
Not because you're not good. Because it's the wrong room.
A room full of people who adore you is not the same as a room full of people who can hire you.
And loyalty to a room that isn't converting is one of the most expensive habits I see.
Swipe through 4 signs that you're in the wrong room. Save the one that made you go "oh no, that's my Tuesday networking group."
Then comment "ASSESS" and let's find the rooms where your actual people are waiting.
One day is here. Your audience...is waiting.

Somewhere along the way, we started believing growth had to mean hustle harder, do more, push longer.
Y'all, I tried it. It didn't work well. I do not recommend. I think we got sold some BS. Now I believe...
Growth can look like real relationships, sustainable systems, serving people well, and building at a pace that actually lets you enjoy the life you're creating.
And that's why I said yes to Gather & Grow, The Solopreneur Sisterhood's first virtual conference. Four days built around connection, community, and actually implementing what you learn... not just filling another notebook you'll never open again. (How many of those do we need!?!)
In my session, I'm teaching you how to Get Strategic. Get Paid. The 3 Stages Every Solopreneur Needs, on Friday, October 23. Join me...in the community, in the conference...in my session. Bonus sessions have already started (and mine is on September 30th).
When you join, you're not just registering for a conference. You're stepping into a community of heart-centered women who believe collaboration beats competition. Registration includes six months inside that community after the conference closes.
October 20 to 23. If you've been craving community as much as strategy, come and grow with us.

It's this week!!
On Thursday, I'm stepping onto Kingdom Collective's stage to teach something I care about deeply: how to get strategic, get paid, and finally make your speaking WORK for your business.
If you've been showing up on stages and podcasts and still watching the revenue lag behind the effort... this room was created for you.
We're getting into the three types of stages, how to match the right ask to each one, and how to audit what you're already doing so every appearance actually moves someone toward becoming a client.
1 PM ET / 12 CT / 10 PT. There's still time to grab a seat.
Come learn with me (registration link in the comments)

Have you ever wished you had people in your corner who truly get what it is like to build a heart-centered business?
People cheering you on. Trading ideas. Celebrating your wins. Helping you through the hard parts.
That is exactly why I am part of The Solopreneur Sisterhood's first virtual conference, Gather & Grow... a four-day experience built for heart-centered solopreneurs.
It is so much more than workshops. It is a place to connect, implement what you are learning, and build real relationships with women who genuinely want to see each other win.
October 20 through 23. If you have been craving community as much as strategy, this one is for you.
One thing worth knowing now... the Early Access Pass includes 8 months of community access, but only if you grab your spot by August 20th.
I would love for you to join me.

Where is the money from your hard-earned efforts with stage-driven visibility actually disappearing to?
If you have been showing up on stages, podcasts, and live streams and still walking away with no new clients, you are most likely missing one thing... a clear stage strategy.
Every time you share your expertise without the right call to action or the right room, you leave real growth on the table. It is time to stop speaking for exposure and start making every yes count.
On Thursday, August 20th, I am partnering with The Kingdom Collective to teach a hands-on workshop: Get Strategic. Get Paid. The 3 Stages Every Business Owner Needs.
Here is what we will map together...
βοΈ The 3 stage types. Visibility, authority, and owned stages, and the distinct job each one does for your revenue.
βοΈ CTA alignment. Match the right call to action to the right stage so saying yes to working with you feels like the natural next step.
βοΈ The stage audit & strategy map. Pinpoint the hidden gaps costing you growth and build a stage strategy aligned to your actual goals.
This is a build session. You leave with something you can use immediately.

Getting on more stages is not the strategy.
For over twenty years, I sat on the other side of the stage, watching which speakers got the mic (and which ones didn't.)
Here is what nobody tells you...
The speakers who booked the most stages were rarely the ones making the most money from them.
More stages feel like progress. It looks like momentum. Your calendar fills, your name gets around, people clap. And then you walk off, check your inbox, and... nothing. No calls booked. No new clients. Just a warm glow and a quiet Stripe account.
Because a stage is not a strategy. A stage is a doorway. What happens on the other side of it, the offer, the call to action, the follow-up, the room you chose in the first place, that is the strategy.
Most experts I meet are not under-visible. They are gloriously, exhaustingly visible. They are leaking revenue somewhere between the applause and the close.
So before you say yes to one more stage, ask a better question. Not how do I get on more stages, but is the stage-driven visibility I already have actually converting?
That is the whole game.
Comment ASSESS and I will send you the details on the free Stage-Driven Visibility Assessment. Forty-five minutes, and we find exactly where your effort is leaking before it becomes revenue.

Got an email this weekend that was built to scare me. π€
The gist: "If you're not famous or doing corporate speaking, you're not making money as a speaker in 2026. The market for the rest of you is shrinking."
Cute. Except it didn't ring true.
So I did what I do... I went and pulled the ACTUAL industry data. More than a million verified audience responses worth.
And y'all. The numbers don't support the claim.
That "non-famous" middle tier they were writing off? That's the part of the market that's actually growing. Fame isn't the thing moving your fee. Something else is... and it's fully in your control.
And this one stat alone made me set my sweet tea down:
52% of keynote-only speakers have ZERO repeat bookings.
The ones doing it differently? 27% had zero repeat bookings.
The gap? Well, it has nothing to do with luck and everything to do with your strategy. And I see too many speakers standing on the wrong side of it.
I'm breaking the whole thing down for my email subscribers on Thursday... the real data, the scare tactics to scroll right past, and the two shifts that actually move you into the paid lane. (Neither one is "get famous.")
The receipts don't fit in a post. They fit in your inbox. π
Comment RECEIPTS and I'll DM you the link to get on the list.
Sweet Tea & Strategy in your inbox on Thursday! π
