Today our LOTFs spent some time exploring the beautiful trails at Hollywood Regional Park during a fun flower walk activity! ๐ŸŒฟโ˜€๏ธ The group enjoyed getting outside, soaking up the sunshine, and discovering the many different flowers, plants, and natural beauty the park has to offer.
Activities like these help our participants connect with nature, practice observation skills, stay active, and enjoy quality time with friends in the community.
We loved seeing everyoneโ€™s excitement as they spotted colorful blooms and shared their favorite discoveries along the way!
Thank you to our amazing LOTFs for making today such a wonderful adventure. We canโ€™t wait for more summer fun together! ๐Ÿ’š

Today our Pre-K class had a special reptile visitor! ๐Ÿ๐ŸฆŽ
A big thank you to for stopping by and teaching the kids all about Toothless the bearded dragon and Zara the ball python. Our students learned some really cool facts about reptiles, how they live, and what makes them unique.
It was such a fun and educational experience, and the kids loved seeing these amazing animals up close!

Due to an Extreme Heat Warning issued by the National Weather Service, cooling stations will be activated March 19โ€“21, 2026. Please review the full list of cooling station locations across the valley.

Additionally, Clark County will open splash pads across the region starting tomorrow, March 20, in response to unprecedented high temperatures.

๐Ÿ“ District E locations include: Maslow Park, Molasky Family Park, and Wi******er Park.

Please stay hydrated, limit outdoor activity, and check in on seniors, children, and vulnerable neighbors.

โœจ Meet: Tiffany Fuller
๐ŸŽฏ Title: Recreation Specialist
๐Ÿ“… Years in Parks & Recreation: 9 Years

๐Ÿ’ฌ What inspired you to work in this field? Parks and recreation has always been about community for me. I started in Safekey and quickly realized how impactful these programs are for kids and families. Seeing youth grow into leaders, watching families connect through programs, and creating safe spaces for our community is what inspired me to stay and continue building meaningful programs.

๐Ÿ’œ What does Womenโ€™s History Month mean to you? To me, Womenโ€™s History Month is about recognizing the strength, leadership, and impact women have had in shaping our communities. Itโ€™s also about continuing to lift each other up, breaking barriers, and creating opportunities for the next generation of women leaders.

๐Ÿ‘‘ Advice for young girls who want to be leaders: Believe in your voice and donโ€™t be afraid to take up space. Leadership isnโ€™t about being perfect itโ€™s about being willing to learn, grow, and stand up for what you believe in.

๐Ÿก What do you love most about serving our community? The relationships. Watching kids grow up in our programs, seeing families return year after year, and knowing the work we do creates positive experiences and memories for people makes it all worth it.

Thank you, Tiffany, for your leadership, passion, and the positive impact you make in our community every day! ๐Ÿ’
