This is What you will never be treated like hereat My Dive Center...I will not name the center but of course PUT ANOTHER DOLLAR IN is the Agency they teach instructors for so Mc Donald's All The Way around POOR SERVICE...
This Persons Review Not HAPPY At ALL ...
This is not about expectations — this is about basic safety being ignored. Avoid if you care about your safety. Booked a $40 half-day snorkeling trip here expecting basic safety standards from a dive shop. Instead, I was given equipment and left alone in the ocean with no briefing, no guide, and no check of my swimming ability. This is unacceptable and unsafe. Staff themselves admitted this setup is unreasonable and that the owner has ignored repeated feedback. When I raised safety concerns and asked to leave, the owner refused to take responsibility and demanded an extra $80 for the boat transfer. He kept insisting “we’ve not had issues before” instead of addressing the issue. After I complained, two diving interns (one named Moly, and unfortunately I forgot the other name) kindly stepped in to help guide me, even though they had only been there for two days. I genuinely appreciate their effort — these two stars are for them. I sincerely hope no guest ever gets hurt here — though perhaps it’s the only way the owner might finally take safety seriously. Running this kind of operation without investing in proper staff while still charging customers is irresponsible.
