🌟 Employee Spotlight: Sean Rhodes

Sean Rhodes has spent 20 years growing with Phoenix International—from joining our Norfolk office as its first tender in 2006 to leading the NDT program at Phoenix Chesapeake today.

After 12 years as an inspection diver, Sean transitioned to Non-Diving Supervisor and, in 2023, took the helm of Chesapeake’s NDT program. Under his leadership, the program continues to grow in capabilities, clients, and revenue.

As NDT Level II Program Manager, Sean trains and qualifies 16 personnel while bringing decades of expertise in diving, welding, ship husbandry, equipment maintenance, and NDT.
