🚨 FMCSA MOTUS UPDATE 🚨

Are you still waiting to link your company to the new FMCSA Motus platform? You're not alone.

Thousands of carriers across the country continue to experience delays due to:

🔹 Account linking and Login.gov issues
🔹 Increased manual identity verification reviews
🔹 Data mismatches between FMCSA systems
🔹 Insurance and BOC-3 filing backlogs
🔹 High support ticket volumes and staffing challenges

The good news: FMCSA has temporarily suspended the inactivation of certain USDOT numbers for carriers affected by these Motus-related system issues while they continue working to stabilize the platform.

If you're a JZR Safety Services client and your account has not yet been linked, we have already submitted support tickets on your behalf and are actively following up with FMCSA. As soon as we receive an update or your account becomes available for linking, we will contact you immediately.
