Our 8th Annual Backpack 🎒 & School Supply Giveaway 📚✏️ was once again an incredible success! We were able to provide over 800 backpacks filled with school supplies to local students. Families also enjoyed free haircuts, popcorn, and other fun giveaways, making this year’s event a memorable one.

A heartfelt thank you to my amazing staff, and all of our generous community supporters who donated their time and resources to make this event possible. We are especially grateful to J.W. Nixon High School students, Barber School & Barbero Men Salon, Ivette Barber, My Pop, Commissioner Jesse Gonzalez, Councilman Gilbert Gonzalez, Z93 Laredo, and Big Buck Country for their invaluable support. Your generosity and commitment to our community helped make a positive impact on hundreds of children as they prepare for a successful school year.

As we do every year, we had the privilege of giving back to our community by delivering backpacks and school supplies to children at the Boys & Girls Club of South Laredo. Seeing the smiles on their faces reminds us why this annual tradition is so meaningful. We are grateful for the opportunity to help local students start the new school year prepared and excited for success.
