It's time for another appreciation post! ❤️

Thanks so much to everyone that came out to our second Psychedelic Sound Bath Experience at the Fish Ladder Music Park in Old Town! Once again more than 200 people showed up to disconnect from the craziness of life and relax under the stars in a sea of light and sound. It was beautiful and amazing! Check out some of the beautiful pictures from that night!

So far this year we've seen more than 1000 people come to this amazing space to practice yoga, meditate, or just take a little time out for themselves! We are so incredibly thankful for everyone that has come to these events! Your positivity, and kindness has been an amazing gift!

We've got one more outdoor class this season at the Fish Ladder Music Park! Thai Chi with Chai Tea!! This Saturday at 10am!

Instructor Elyse Ribbons will lead you in a beginner friendly Thai Chi class paired with a delightful freshly prepared Chai Tea from Chengdu Teahouse!

Our last class of the summer season is this Saturday @ 10am, and we've got something special planned! Tai Chi with Chai Tea!

Instructor Elyse Ribbons from the Chengdu Teahouse will lead this practice, and also provide a freshly prepared cup of Chai tea to enjoy! Unlike our regular yoga classes there will be no mats needed as you will be standing the entire time. Slow gentle movements, and a focus on breath and self will help bring the body and mind to a meditative state during this beautiful practice.

The Lansing Free Yoga Project - Late Night Psychedelic Sound Bath Experience Lansing is tonight, and it looks like it's going to be a perfect night for it! Clear, beautiful, star filled skies will combine with lights, projection, and healing frequencies to create an unforgettable experience!

Get ready to relax, and unwind as you are immersed in sound and light! Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, or whatever you need to be comfortable so you can lay back and take it all in! We'll have a limited number of loaner mats on hand if needed. End your week in a completely different way! Escape the chaos with meditation, breath, sound, and light! ❤️

This Friday night the Lansing Free Yoga Project - Late Night Psychedelic Sound Bath Experience returns to the Fish Ladder Music Park in Old Town Lansing!!

Get there at 8:30 to find the perfect spot, and get ready to relax! Settle in and settle down. Take a break from the ordinary and recline under a moonlit sky as light and sound washes over you. We can't wait to see you for this mellow and meditative experience! ❤️

Have you ever been to a Psychedelic Sound Bath??? We hadn't either until we put one on this summer! Recline, and relax under the stars as you are bathed in light and sound during this amazing free community event!

Over 250 people joined us for the last experience, and we're so excited to do it again! Please join us for this inspirational, and unique event! Friday September 11 at 8:30pm. At the Fish Ladder Music Park in Old Town!!

Thanks so much to everyone that came out to Sunday's Majestic Morning Yoga!! The rain forced us to shift the class from Saturday to Sunday but we still had over 75 people start their day in an amazing way!

The weather was perfect, and the vibe was perfect! Seeing Lansing come out for these classes has been such an awesome treat! Taking a break from the every day routine and focusing on self for a moment is such an amazing gift to yourself!

Fall is on the way but we've still got a couple more events coming up in September!

Rain Reschedule!
Today's class is rescheduled for Sunday at 10 am!!
It's a wet but beautiful morning in Old Town!! So we're shifting Saturday's class to Sunday!
We wish you a wonderful morning relaxing to the sounds of the rain, and hope to see you tomorrow morning for another amazing outdoor yoga experience! ❤️
