Did you know that only 30% of American adults are meeting the recommended weekly strength training/physical fitness metrics?
Recent study results have suggested that 90-120 minutes of strength training each week can reduce mortality by nearly 20% across multiple natural causes. While you may not think you have the time to spare each week, we have a sneaking suspicion that if we looked at your screentime tracker, you definitely have the time. It's a matter of choice. We encourage you to try incorporating strength training snacks this week, just 20 minutes every other day to build momentum.

coach to lead semi-private personal training sessions in
our Lansdale, PA gym.
📅 We’re looking for someone with passion and
experience (monday-saturday operating hours) Full
Time or Part Time availability
This is not a group class/wod based gym.
We offer structured strength training programs in a
supportive, people centered environment, where
everyone feels included and valued.
You should:
Have real coaching experience, preferably a minimum
of two years. Be confident coaching barbells,
dumbbells, and kettlebells.
Know how to coach form, progressions, and different
ages/ability levels. Bring energy, presence, and
professionalism every session.
What the job entails:
Lead sessions start to finish
Build trust and relationships
Coach and correct in real time
Help build a strong, committed community
No sales quotas or lead generation required
Pay/Benefits: Scaled based on experience and working
hours
