Grateful. That’s really the word. 🙏🏽

Friday night at The Ridge felt like the perfect finale to Project 212.

After two months of training, coaching, pushing, encouraging, testing, teaching, and building together, I had the privilege of being on the field for Neshaminy’s home opener - warming the guys up and helping prepare them for the moment we spent all summer working toward.

But what meant the most to me was everything surrounding the game.

Players thanking me for believing in them and pushing them. Parents, students, fans, coaches, and members of the school community expressing their appreciation for what we brought to the program.

That meant a lot.

Because this was never just about workouts.

It was about positively impacting young athletes. Building relationships. Strengthening a team. And using sports, fitness, health, and performance as a vehicle to serve a community.

That’s what we’re about at D1 Training - Newtown , and that’s what I’m about as a coach.

Project 212 may have reached its finale, but the relationships, and the impact - are just getting started.

I’m incredibly grateful to the entire Neshaminy School District community for welcoming us in and trusting me with your athletes.

And I’m even more excited about what comes next. ❤️💙

From Little League to Lawrenceville. Full circle. 🔴⚫️

Four years ago, I had the opportunity to coach Cristian in little league football. This summer, I got to coach him again - this time as a young man preparing to play at my alma mater, The Lawrenceville School ( Lawrenceville Football )

And man, did he WORK!

I watched Cristian go from a good athlete to a stronger, quicker, more explosive, better-conditioned, and mentally tougher version of himself.

Great energy. Great focus. Coachable every single day.

Now it’s time to take all that work to the field. Proud of you, Cristian. Go have a YEAR! 🏈💪🏾

Some athletes make coaching easy. Noah was one of them.

From Day 1, he showed up ready to work—consistent, coachable, and willing to be pushed. And the results followed. 💪

After a summer of putting in the work, he’s heading back to John Carroll University stronger, more explosive, better conditioned, and ready to wrestle. 🤼‍♂️

Proud of the work you put in this summer, Noah. Now it’s time to take it back to the mat and let the work speak for itself.

Go have a season! 🔥

THE WORK IS DONE. NOW APPLY IT. 🔥

All summer, we talked about one degree.

One more rep.
One more sprint.
One more opportunity to get better.

You put in the work. You earned the gains.

211° → 212° ♨️

Now it’s time to take everything we built and put it on the field.

Proud of these boys. Proud of their commitment. Proud of the way they attacked this summer.

Project 212 was the preparation.
Tonight, we turn up the heat. 🔥

Neshaminy Football.
7PM. The Ridge.

LET’S GO. 🏈

🏈 GAME DAY TAKES A TOLL. SUNDAY WE RECOVER.

Introducing my Football Weekend Recovery Workouts at D1 Training - Newtown — Sundays at 11AM.

The goal is simple: recover from Friday/Saturday, maintain what we built all offseason, and get your body ready to do it again next week.

⚡ Light recovery running
🏋🏾 Strength maintenance
🛡️ Injury prevention & durability work
🏈 Position-specific skill & technique work
🧘🏾 Mobility, stretching & foam rolling
💆🏾 Soft tissue / massage work

During the season, more isn’t always better — the RIGHT work is better.

We’re not trying to crush your body on Sunday. We’re getting the soreness out, keeping you strong, cleaning up your movement and technique, and making sure you’re ready for another week of football.
