Happy 4th of July!!

I had the distinct honor and privilege of promoting Mrs. Nicole Kreider to her Sah Dan Masters Rank on Saturday June 6, 2026. Her journey started in the 1980s. She helped prepare me for my 3rd degree black belt when she was the Chief Instructor of the Lancaster Tang Doo Do School of Karate under Master Beam. As she was preparing for her masters belt in the early 2000’s she had to take a break due to personal reasons. She choose to come back approximately 5 years ago and lucky for me, allowed me to be her instructor. Her resilience and determination is a marvel to watch. Congratulations Master Kreider!
