LS 10U-1 Slingers
The journey isn't over yet.
The LS 10U-1 Slingers entered the LNP Tournament as the #3 seed, knowing they'd have to earn every opportunity. Through hard work, preparation, and a relentless competitive spirit, they've battled their way into the LNP Championship Game.
Now it's down to one more game. One more opportunity. One more chance to bring home the coveted LNP hardware. In this double-elimination tournament, the Slingers have taken care of business every time they've stepped on the field, earning their place in the championship game without a loss.
This group has never been defined by where they were seeded. They've been defined by their effort, attitude, and willingness to compete every single pitch. They have trusted the work they put in all season long, believed in one another, and embraced every challenge that's come their way.
Championships aren't won in a single night. They're built through months of preparation, countless practices, learning from adversity, and committing to the standard every single day. These boys have done exactly that.
One more.

We have been following the progress of healing for Xavier. Here is the latest update...
UPDATE: Xavier Taylor:
Xavier Taylor is a 12-year-old youth baseball player from Maple Shade, New Jersey, who remains in critical condition at Cooper University Hospital in Camden following a severe accident on May 26, 2026.
* During pregame warmups with the Maple Shade Youth Baseball Association at Fellowship Columbia Bank Field, he was accidentally struck in the head/neck area by an errant throw from a teammate. He collapsed on the field, suffered cardiac arrest, and was airlifted to the hospital.
* As of Late June he continues to be on a ventilator in the Pediatric ICU and in critical condition.
* His father, Greg Taylor has shared that the family is taking it “day by day,” noting some progress like stable vitals, no longer needing blood pressure medication, and receiving nutritional support
* The family has stressed that Xavier’s teammate IS NOT TO BLAME (describing it as a complete freak accident) and has asked the public to ignore rumors, including false claims of his passing and rely only on official updates.
No major public medical updates have emerged since late June, The family continues to request prayers and privacy while staying at his bedside.
As for me, I will contact Greg Taylor and see if I can get a more clear update today but for now, this is all I have…
MUCH LOVE TO THE TAYLOR FAMILY, anything you need, please allow me to help if I can. Your son has rallied the whole nation together, no matter what, he has changed youth sports, brought them all together! I have hundreds of messages and pictures from people showing their support for Xavier, all the way from bats on the porch to whole teams supporting on field, I hope to be able to share with you and Xavier one day.
