When people ask if I am happy we moved to the suburbs, I can just show them this pic of my backyard.

I truly enjoy yoga asana sequencing, so this practice gives me a wonderful opportunity to use my creativity and knowledge of the body. In this session, you will challenge your brain & body, and you will have the chance to enjoy child-like fun!

It could only be kismet that I got to lead a group of 14 people through a centering yoga flow here at the Hidden Cove Bay on Sunset Island in OCMD two weeks ago. I felt so connected to my aunt Seta, who was a yoga teacher in this area for a few years before she passed away.
