Kennedy is expanding her portfolio! Do you need a date night? A kid-free trip to the store? Perhaps you just need time to yourself.
Kennedy is the answer. Her experience teaching swimming lessons for the last 5 summers and her instant connection with children, make her the perfect choice as your next babysitter. She is CPR and First Aid certified, loves to cook, create and play games and sports. She can keep kids busy for hours. She is also extremely patient and an excellent student and would be happy to help with school work.
She is currently available most Thursday evenings, Saturday’s and Sunday’s. When volleyball season is over, she will also be available Friday’s.

Rates:
One child: $16 per hour
Two children: $18 per hour
Three children: $20 per hour

☀️💦 That’s a wrap on Summer 2026! 💦☀️

Our swim lesson season has officially come to an end, and our hearts are so full.

We are also very thankful that Mother Nature was on our side this week and gave us the beautiful weather we needed to finish the season strong! ☀️🌈

To all of our parents, thank you for trusting us with your children. We know there is no greater gift than the trust you place in us each day you hand over your babies and allow us to teach them. It is a responsibility we never take lightly, and it has truly been an honor to cheer them on, celebrate their victories, calm their fears, and watch their confidence grow in and around the water.

Your support, encouragement, and kindness help make Swimming Lessons with Kennedy feel like so much more than swim lessons—it feels like a community.

To our returning swimmers, we can’t wait to see how much you’ve grown by next summer. And to our new friends, we hope you’ll come back and make more memories with us.

Week 2 of Swimming Lessons with Kennedy is officially underway!

We are so excited to welcome new swimmers to the pool this week and see so many familiar faces returning for another summer of fun and learning!

Week 1 was full of big accomplishments, brave firsts, and lots of smiles, and we can’t wait to see what our Week 2 swimmers achieve. Whether it’s putting a face in the water for the first time, learning to float, mastering a new stroke, or building confidence around the pool, every milestone is worth celebrating.

Thank you to all of our wonderful families for trusting us with your swimmers. We love watching these kids grow, learn, and gain confidence in the water.

Here’s to another fantastic week of swimming, friendships, and making memories!

💦2 openings in a semi-private lesson (all ages) from 12:00-12:30, $125
💦2 openings in a beginner level group class (ages 4+) 2:30-3:00, $100

If you’re interested in one of these spots, please message me with your child’s name, date of birth and a good email address and phone number and I will get you registered!

This year, we are offering semi-private lessons for the first time. These lessons feature two instructors and two swimmers sharing the pool, with individualized lessons for each swimmer. They are ideal for siblings or friends and also offer an amazing option for private lessons at a discounted price.

At Swim Lessons with Kennedy, we believe in meeting kiddos where they are and building on their individual strengths in a gentle, caring and non-threatening way. We had a fantastic first day yesterday and cannot wait to watch each swimmer gain confidence, learn new skills and have lots of fun at the same time!

Today is National Water Safety Day ☀️💦

As summer approaches, there’s no better time to remind our families that water safety saves lives. Swimming lessons are one of the best ways to help children build confidence, develop lifesaving skills, and enjoy the water safely.

A few important reminders:
💙 Always supervise children around water — drowning can happen quickly and quietly
💙 Use properly fitted life jackets when appropriate (especially in open water)
💙 Learn CPR and basic water rescue skills
💙 Choose bright-colored swimsuits for better underwater visibility
💙 Start swim lessons early and practice water safety often

At Swimming Lessons with Kennedy, we’re passionate about helping kids become safer and stronger swimmers while building confidence in and around the water.
