Happy Friday, CFC!🙌
It has been a very interesting week, to say the least…
We want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your patience, flexibility, and understanding while we worked through being without power.
We know schedule changes and cancellations can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate everyone who rolled with it🤝
We are grateful to be back on our normal schedule and even more grateful to be surrounded by a community that continues to support one another through the unexpected!

Inside the gym, that might be picking up a heavier barbell, learning a new skill, or choosing not to quit when it gets uncomfortable💪
Outside the gym, it might look like having a hard conversation, chasing a goal that scares you, or becoming the person you’ve always wanted to be🤝
