One of the best parts is the moment the workout ends☠️
You are lying on the floor, trying to catch your breath, covered in sweat, and wondering why you agreed to this in the first place…
Then come the fist bumps, the laughs, and the “what the heck was that?” conversations with the people who just went through it with you🙌
The workout hurts, but the people make it worth it! We suffer together, we laugh about it afterward, and somehow we keep coming back for more🖤💛

CrossFit was never meant to just make you better at working out, it’s meant to make you better at living life🤔
Constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity prepare you for the demands of everyday life…
Farmer carries become carrying the groceries. Deadlifts become picking something up off the floor. Squats become getting up and down with ease. Running, jumping, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting all have a purpose beyond the gym🙌🤝
We are training daily to be stronger, more capable, and ready for whatever life throws at us💪

Coach Timmy breaking it down before the work begins🙌
It might only last up to 5 minutes, but paying attention at the whiteboard can make a world of a difference…
It could be the difference between simply getting through the workout and actually understanding how to attack it💪
Keys to listen for are: workout stimulus, flow/ tips, and your scaling✅
Then when that clock starts, you already have a plan👀

Some days, the weight on the bar is the easiest thing we are carrying…
We all walk through these doors with stress from work, struggles at home, financial pressure, relationship problems, uncertainty, and things we probably don’t even want to talk about.
You never really know what the person next to you is carrying.
We are all carrying something…
So be kind to the person next to you and check on your people! You never know how much they needed that today🙌
At CrossFit Collective, we carry the weight together as a community 🖤💛

These are more than the people standing at the front of the room in classes…
They are the people who push you when you need it, believe in you when you doubt yourself, and celebrate your progress along the way!
Every coach on this team brings their own personality, experience, and perspective, but they all care about the same thing: the people who walk through these doors🖤💛
We genuinely believe we have some of the best coaches around👀
This is the team of CrossFit Collective💛🖤

The Whiteboard… where every CrossFit class starts👀
Before the clock starts, we break down the workout: the movements, the intended stimulus, the pace, the scaling options, and what you should be focusing on!
The goal isn’t just to tell you what to do… It’s to help you understand why you’re doing it🤝
Then we put the plan into action💪

That’s one of the best things about the gym, you might walk through the doors looking to get fitter, but you can walk out with some of your best friends🖤💛
Here’s to the friendships, the memories, and all the years of fitness still ahead🙌
Let’s end the week strong!
