I think it would be impossible to pay attention to the breath every second of the day, because sometimes we have to focus on other things (for example, driving).
But the more often we are reminded to return to awareness of the breath, it becomes our default resting place for our attention, helping us rest in the present moment more frequently.

Students for the Harlingen, TX program are already hard at work, and students for the Espoo, Finland program begin this weekend.
Due to the first part of the training now being learned online, we now have registration deadlines about a week before we meet in person.
