✨️SET THE STAGE FUNDRAISER✨️
Over the next 8 months, competition dancers will dedicate many hours to their routines. They will grow stronger in body and mind and become confident in techniques that may have first been difficult.
We don't want to add unnecessary stress on top of the time and effort already being given by dancers and their families. This is why we rely on community financial support to cover the sizable entrance fees of competitions. Knowing our community is supporting them gives our dancers further motivation to train, perform, and grow in ways that express gratitude and bring a sense of pride.
This year, Living Art Studios has 21 dancers competing in different categories. Entry fees vary depending on category- groups are cheaper because cost is divided, and solos have the highest cost. This year, we are setting a goal of $200 for each comp dancer, with the knowledge that that some dancers may want to ask for donations beyond the $200 goal, and some may earn an extra $5.
We have additional ways of funding competition dance- a booth at LAFF, recital ticket sales, and recital flowers, but this will be the only official fundraiser in which dancers are asking for donations.
✨️HOW IT WORKS✨️
Choose a star amount (or choose your own amount) and donate! There's no product selling, so 100% of donations go to the dancers. You can choose to support an individual, a certain group, or all dancers evenly. Please indicate who your donation is for.
