Introducing the FACULTY!🌟

Danielle Heller received her BA from Colorado State University, her Master of Education from Capella University, and her Principal’s License from CSU Global Online.
In 2014 she served as committee chair for the Colorado Dance Endorsement Committee, whose work allowed the state to pass legislation enabling dance educators to become endorsed to teach in the K-12 public school sector. She was a cast member of Women in Tap: Taps are Talking the brainchild of Ellie Sciarra, and received her Tap Teachers Training from the National Tap Dance Ensemble. She has choreographed, performed and guest taught Tap around the US since 1993. Currently she is pursuing her PhD in Mythology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, is the artistic director of Peak Academy of Dance is serving as the Co-chair for the Colorado Dance Standards Revision 2021 and is starting a private, international grade 6-12, middle and high school called Soul Connect. She loves children, education, and new adventures. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, gardening, skiing, traveling and coming up with new and innovative ideas.

Danielle will be teaching throughout the festival.

Introducing the FACULTY!🌟

Brent McBeth is a tap dance teacher, performer, dance competition adjudicator and choreographer residing in NYC. Brent is on tap faculty at Broadway Dance Center and has taught at numerous conventions and universities around the country. As a performer, Brent's favorite performance credits include: White Christmas (Original Cast Recording); Anything Goes (Arena Stage, D.C.); No, No Nanette (NY City Center); Fosse (dance captain of the International Tour, starring Ben Vereen); Big Apple
Circus (NY Lincoln Center); Thank You, Gregory! (American Tap Dance Foundation). His choreography has been showcased in theaters around the world, including: NY's New Victory Theater; Germany's GOP Variete Theater; Austria's Festival der Traume; Opera North at the Blow-Me-Down. He is delighted to return to the faculty of Tap-In to Colorado Dance Festival!

Brent will be teaching throughout the festival.
