Most pitchers in this situation never figure out why. They throw bullpen after bullpen. They chase velocity. They tinker with mechanics. Nothing moves because nobody looked at the right place.

Quad dominant pitchers don’t drive. They collapse. When the back leg collapses, the hips thrust forward before foot plant. The upper half tilts back to compensate. The arm slings across a body that’s already in the way.

That’s early extension. And it’s almost never an arm problem.

It starts in the cross section. Hip flexors, glutes, abs, lower back. When that area is weak or immobile, this is what it produces on the mound. Every time.
