I’m a pre/postnatal fitness coach, certified personal trainer, and mama to two wild boys. 🫶🏼
I’ve been helping women exercise with confidence for over 10 years and have so much fun doing it. Whether you’re exercising for the first time, preparing for childbirth, or returning to exercise after having a baby, my goal is to support and encourage you every step of the way.

During pregnancy and postpartum, your core is more than just your abs. It includes your diaphragm, deep abdominal, pelvic floor, and back muscles.
Learning to coordinate these muscles through breathing can help you move with more confidence and support your body through pregnancy and recovery.
