ReNew girls had an awesome time cross training last night! Thank you to Zumba with Darlene for helping us “let go and smile”! Darlene runs a Zumba class Monday’s at Lakewood Park UMC at 7pm. It is $5 and one of the best workouts while just having fun! Ms. Christina is back next week to work on running intervals.

Another AWESOME week with the ReNew Youth Girls team! Bring your youth girls grades 6th-12th for a workout of the mind body and soul! If your youth girl wants to be a walker and not a runner that’s ok! We have a leader for each milestone of walk/runner.

The ReNew youth girls group, 6th-12th grade, is meeting again tomorrow 4:30 at 5405 Turnpike Feeder Road. This is a free group and your teen can join at anytime. Please bring your teen girls for a workout of the mind, body, and soul.
