3000+ Classes!!! Congrats to for reaching such an incredible milestone. The"+" is to denote that her membership actually pre-dates when we first introduced Wodify as our CRM. So actually we estimate she may be around the 3500 mark!

She's a cornerstone of our membership community and widely considered as LAC's matriarch and one of CrossFit Lakeland's OG's.

Well known for knowing and celebrating everyone's birthdays who train alongside her in the 9am Class. One of the orchestrators of just about every post 9am class celebration for just about any reason she can find to have one. 😂

high school, college, recreational or whatever.

You remember who you used to be.

The one who could run until their lungs burned.
Lifted heavy.
Pushed through pain.
Woke up sore and did it all over again.

The Dumbbell
 one of the most versatile pieces of equipment you’ll find in just about any gym. One of the most convenient things to use when you need to pick something heavy up and set it down repeatedly.

The beauty of the dumbbell is in the gym you find them and how that gym utilizes this tool. We feel LKLD Athletic Club finds a number of “fun” ways to help our members get stronger.

12-15 Minutes Strength and/or Skill Session
