Some workouts get a lot easier to care about when you remember WHY you’re doing them.

For a parent, that might be having enough energy to keep up with your kids or wanting to live a long healthy life for them.

Sometimes the bigger reason is enough to keep you moving.

From feeling stuck to losing 51 lbs is a huge accomplishment, Kris!

A lot can change when you keep stacking good weeks together. Kris has given us plenty to celebrate.
