Seeing this story come to life visually was one of the coolest parts of creating this book. Every page has so much personality, emotion, and detail—and that’s all thanks to my incredibly talented illustrator, Monika Marzec. 🎨👏

Got all the kids together for a little fun and fitness! 💪

Youth fitness doesn’t always have to feel like a “workout.” Through game variations, movement patterns, and a little friendly competition, kids can build strength, coordination, and athletic foundations while actually enjoying themselves.

Make movement fun, and they’ll want to keep moving. 🙌

Children don’t become confident simply because all goes well; instead, their confidence develops as a result of them finding out that they can cope with challenges, mistakes, and setbacks.

A few ways we can help:

✔️ Encourage them to try new things
✔️ Let them struggle — and sometimes fail
✔️ Praise effort and perseverance, not just results
✔️ Help them set small, achievable goals
✔️ Give them responsibilities and let them contribute
✔️ Celebrate progress, not perfection
✔️ Help them discover what they enjoy
✔️ Most importantly — make sure they know their worth isn’t determined by winning or losing

Whether it’s in the classroom, at home, on the field or in the gym, every small challenge gives a child an opportunity to say:

I can do difficult things. 💪



That’s how confidence begins. ❤️

Brother + sister putting in work before heading back to school! 💪📚

This week we focused on basic plyometrics and foundational movement patterns—while making sure to start and finish with some fun. Because at this age, enjoying the process matters most.

Before kids specialize in ANYTHING, they need a foundation. Jump. Land. Squat. Hinge. Push. Pull. Move well. Build those skills first, and strength, confidence, and athleticism have something solid to grow from.

Strong KIDS aren’t built by rushing ahead—they’re built on a foundation that’s ready for what comes next 💥💪✊

Seeing my son’s smile as he held the very first copy of From Wiener to Winner meant more to me than I can put into words. He was my inspiration from the very beginning, and I can’t wait to read it to him at bedtime tonight. ❤️📚
