Most young hitters think they need to swing harder to hit the ball farther…
That’s exactly what holds them back.
Here are 3 mistakes we see all the time:
❌ #1 Swinging too hard instead of swinging efficiently.
❌ #2 Trying to lift every pitch instead of driving it.
❌ #3 Watching the ball instead of attacking it with intent.
Great hitters don’t chase home runs, they build a repeatable swing that produces power naturally.

Most young athletes think showing up is enough, It’s not.
Here are the 3 top mistakes we see:
❌ #3 Only working on strengths instead of improving weaknesses.
❌ #2 Going through drills without purpose or intensity.
❌ #1 Waiting for game day to compete.
The best athletes compete in practice, compete in drills, and compete with themselves every day.
That’s where confidence is built.

Using swing sensors attached to the k**b of the bat, we track key data like bat speed, attack angle, and time to contact. This gives our athletes real feedback, helping them make faster adjustments and get better results.

The fastest way to improve your swing isn’t always taking more swings, it’s understanding what your swing is actually doing.
Video analysis, bat sensors, and motion tracking help young athletes see things they can’t feel in real time. Small adjustments to bat path, timing, and body position can lead to big gains in consistency and power.
Train hard. Measure your progress. Make adjustments. Repeat.

Most catchers focus on the glove when they should be focusing on getting their body behind the baseball.

Most hitters are losing power before the swing even starts.
Try this at home:
- Get in your stance
- Hold your stride
- Rotate your back hip first WITHOUT moving your hands
- Then fire the hands after the hips clear
That separation is what creates whip through the zone.
Do it for 10 - 30 minutes a day and you’ll start feeling the difference in your swing fast.
