🇺🇸 Closed This Holiday Weekend 🇺🇸

Split Finger Athletics will be closed Saturday July 4th and Sunday July 5th so our team can enjoy the holiday weekend with their families.

Looking for a way to keep your kids active, motivated, and moving this summer?

Join us in the Anderson Toyota Performance Lab at Split Finger Athletics for our Youth Strength & Conditioning Classes, now running Monday through Thursday afternoons!

Our 45-minute instructor-led classes are designed to help young athletes:
✅ Build strength and mobility
✅ Improve coordination and athletic performance
✅ Develop confidence and healthy habits
✅ Train alongside kids their own age in a fun, positive environment

Whether your child plays sports or simply wants to stay active this summer, these classes provide a great opportunity to stay moving and continue developing physically and mentally.
