I had a friend ask a question about compairing a Sprinter Vans over a Motorhome and I guess it applies to our Adventure Trailers as well.
Tow capacity on a van is 5,000 - 7,000 lbs your jeep is closer to 7k it's not the safest idea unless your going to leave the Jeep at home and live the van life. Thats where sprinters fit in! Light duty back roads or boon-dock camping they are good but as a work horse? No. The Van life is fun to see different places and travel there kind of like a dual sport bike, go everywhere but not race motocross. You'll have to pull down camp every time you want to run somewhere differant. On the other hand a motorhome is a massive headache but gives you the ability to tow a second escape vehicle 🤔. You can base camp the coach and see sights in a 100-200 mile radius or add a RTT and do overnight trips away from your base camp. There is no perfect senario, believe me I've tried but van life is good if your just going to travel and escape. P.S. they dont fit in drive thru's either! 🤣 my Jeep and Adventure trailer goes anywhere! 😉
To me Adventure trailers are the easiest most convenient way to travel! Not too big, not to small. There like the Swiss army life of traveling! Easeability to tow, agile, makes a great basecamp, go anywhere, safe and just dam fun! Come get your Adventure life started before it's too late! Lead Dog Motorsports
