Fitness for the Whole Family! We teach ATA Songham Taekwondo We are a Taekwondo club affiliated with the American Taekwondo Association.
In a friendly and fun environment, we teach the Songham style of Taekwondo using various programs such as Tiny Tigers and Karate for Kids and Black Belt Club and Leadership Now. Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that builds self-confidence, self-esteem, physical fitness and mental alertness. Taekwondo is practiced by students age three to one hundred three. Although martial arts are individually practiced, we build social bonds among family and friends.
