And just like that, FGF is 12 years old 🙌 🎉
What started as a dream and collecting yard sale fitness equipment to build a home garage gym, transformed into something we could’ve never imagined. FGF is a place where we train, we laugh, and sometimes even cry. A place where everyone is welcome. A community. A family.
Thank you to anyone who has stepped through one of these 3 doors and shared our love for health and fitness. We wouldn’t be here with you 🧡💪

MEET COACH GUNNER 💥💪
Member since 2023 walked in on a referral and never looked back.
I started training my senior year of high school with one goal: lose the weight and build real, undeniable strengththe kind I grew up admiring in my dad. Watching him set that example stuck with me. I’ve always been a bigger guy, so I made a decision early on… if I’m gonna be big, I’m gonna be STRONG.
The gym gave me more than just results it gave me confidence, accountability, and showed me that the best things in life are on the other side of hard, uncomfortable work. In the gym, it’s you vs. you. What you put in is what you get out no shortcuts, no one holding you back but yourself.
That’s exactly why I got into coaching. I wanted to help other people experience that same growth not just physically, but mentally too.
Off the gym floor? I’ve got 10 motorcycles, and when I’m not lifting, I’m probably riding out and cowboy camping somewhere under the open sky.🏍️🌌

A member for over 2 years, a dad to twin girls, and the owner of Air Control here in Lake Havasu City 🏝️
When it comes to training… this guy is an absolute animal. He doesn’t slow down, doesn’t make excuses he just works. Day in and day out.
From completing a 50-mile run in Antelope Canyon to now preparing for 100 miles, James continues to push past limits most people won’t even touch.
No matter what life throws at him, he shows up and gets it done with a smile on his face every time.
We are so lucky to have you! Relentless. Consistent. Built on GRIT.
