We are a community based one-stop fitness center with Coach led group functional fitness and sweat classes.
We also offer kids and teen programs, one on one training, pop-up yoga classes and custom fitness programing.
Congrats to Fit Lab 928 member Mike Hazard. Mike competed last weekend in the South American CrossFit Championship in Medellin, Colombia. Mike has a second home in Lake Havasu City and works out at Fit Lab 928 when he’s in town. Fantastic work Mike!!!
