BARC RUN CLUB LAKE CHARLESSSSS🏃🏽‍♀️💨

another wednesday, another run in the books! the miles were DONE, and everybody showed up ready to put in some work! I’m so proud of everyone who came out tonight whether you ran, walked, took breaks, or pushed yourself a little harder than last time… YOU DID THAT! 🫶🏽 this is what BARC is all about getting outside, moving our bodies, meeting new people, and having a good time while we do it!✨

And if you’ve been saying you need to get back into running… THIS IS YOUR SIGN 👀 come join us every wednesday at 6pm! all paces are welcome, so there’s no pressure and no need to be a “runner” to pull up!

the heat was no joke this evening but y’all still showed up and got it DONE! I’m proud of everyone who came out, walked, ran, jogged, pushed through, and still managed to have some fun along the way! moving our bodies ✨

the weather said “stay home” 🌧️… we said absolutely NOT! we still showed UP and showed OUT! So proud of everyone who came out, got moving, and made it happen regardless of the weather!! we didn’t let it stop us👏🏽
