Stephanie has been a consistent part of our Yoga Y’all family, and she’s even completed our Teacher Training!
She is one of those people who is just naturally sweet, kind, loving, and full of good energy. We’re so lucky to have her on and off the mat! 🥰

He’s kind, loving, hilarious, genuinely good-hearted, and just one of those people who makes a room a little better simply by being in it.
We’re pretty darn lucky that his path led him straight to Yoga Y’all! 🧘‍♂️
Kent, we hope your birthday is filled with all the good things you deserve… good people, good food, lots of laughs, and maybe a little yoga thrown in there somewhere. ☺️

There is room for everyone. 🤍
We believe you can invite people into your class without speaking negatively about someone else’s.
You can share what makes your teaching special without diminishing another teacher. You can grow your business without stepping on someone else to get there. And you can be proud of what you’ve created while still respecting the people creating something different.
Yoga teaches us that we are not in competition with one another. There is enough space, enough students, and enough love for all of us.
So let’s build each other up. Let’s speak kindly. And let’s remember that how we treat our fellow teachers says far more about us than how many people we can convince to take our class. 🧘‍♀️

Today we stopped by The Emporium and had way too much fun browsing all the vintage finds, records, T-shirts, and all the other good stuff you didn’t know you needed until you walked in.
We love being part of a community that supports small businesses, local artists, and the places that make our town special.
