Around 770 square feet. Ground floor. No stairs. Greenbelt surroundings.

⚠️ Looking for a Laguna Woods rental? “ACTIVE” doesn't necessarily mean available.

This catches out-of-area renters all the time.

A furnished rental can remain active online even when it's already occupied or reserved for several months—because the owner is advertising availability for a later date.

So please don't book your flight to Orange County because you found three “available” homes online!

First, let's confirm the actual dates.

🔌🚙 Drive an EV? Add charging to your Laguna Woods home-search checklist.

Most traditional carports weren't designed around today's electric vehicles, and a standard 110V outlet is very different from having dedicated Level 2 charging at home.

Properties with garages may provide more possibilities, but every situation needs to be evaluated individually.

You can absolutely find one—but expect it to affect your search and your budget.

Most homes in the Village have assigned carports. Garages are less common and are often associated with larger or higher-priced properties.

That's why one of my first questions with buyers is:

What is truly non-negotiable?

Garage? No stairs? Inside laundry? View? Patio? Two bedrooms?
