I came to Laguna Health Club with a specific goal: to improve my bone density since my doctor told me my scan showed signs of bone deterioration. Stephanie supported me three times a week with one hour sessions filled with customized workouts. Last week I got the results from my doctor. After 2.5 years of training with Stephanie my scans came back with improved bone density. My doctor said she rarely sees such strong bone density in women my age. I’m proud of me (and Stephanie) for reaching my goal and preventing osteoporosis.
