CMS Greenpower at Callaway Middle School is wasting zero time getting ready for the 2026–27 racing season!

The Cavaliers have already completed the complete disassembly of all FOUR of their F24 race cars — making CMS the first Greenpower program in Troup County to complete this step this season. 🔧⚡🏎️

Now comes the fun part: rebuilding them from the ground up.

Sure, there’s plenty of time before the first race. They didn’t have to get this far this early… but I think it says something about the mindset of this team and what they want to accomplish this year. 👀

And they’ll have a new leader in the shop this season with Mr. Zachry Neighbors taking over as teacher/coach. From what I’m already seeing, the Cavaliers are going to be ready to make some noise on the track - especially with a roster 39 students strong - a historic number for CMS Greenpower. 💪

We are looking forward to some GREAT friendly competition this year between the Cavaliers, the Mustangs, & the Cougars, and everyone else on the grid.
