Over a decade ago, we sat around our kitchen table with friends, dreaming big and writing down ideas. That night marked the beginning of something extraordinary! I’m proud to say we’ve not only met that vision but have created a business that has blessed my family in ways I never thought possible.

Thank you for three incredible years at this new location. We took a big leap moving into this building, and every bit of it has been worth it!

The diversity in the gym has really caught my eye again over the last few weeks. I’ve had many conversations with members recently about who and what motivates them when they step into this gym. The answers may surprise someone else but they make sense to me. I see the depth in people and I know everyone in here is working through something.

Being in this environment is a proven catalyst for personal growth and skill development.

No, we still don’t put up with any BS! 😉
