The last month has been a challenge, but trying to take it a day at a time.

9 months post fusion!

I feel less pain everyday, still restricted in certain ROMs and VERY de-trained, but working to get back to me everyday.

Unsure what the next few months will bring surgery wise, and I feel a bit like I’m banging my head against the wall with tracking food and exercise with nothing really changing in my body. But need to trust the process and keep on keeping on - as it’s a helluva lot better than doing nothing!
