Based out of Laconia, NH, Active Zen offers Hot Yoga (Bikram Style), Vinyasa Flow Classes, Thai Yoga sessions, Meditation, and small group yoga sessions. Thai Yoga is an ancient ayurvedic healing touch treatment that incorporates yoga postures with palming and thumbing along the body's energy lines and pressure points, relieving muscular tension, improving circulation, and boosting the immune system. This typically takes place in a one-on-one environment, fully clothed, on a mat.
