Introducing the Altar Meal Prep Swap — 10 spots on our calendar every week. Here’s how it works:

1. Fill out the Google form (link in bio) to claim your spot then book yourself into the swap on our app.
2. Make 5 portions of one lunch meal you love.
3. Bring them to the studio Sunday at 1p and swap for 5 different meals

You walk in with five of the same thing and walk out with a week of variety, plus a few new recipes and a few new friends. No decision fatigue, no repetitive Tupperware, no 12:00pm “what’s for lunch?!” spiral.
