💗Meet our newest addition to the Dance Dayz team, Miss Carmel! We’re so excited to welcome her to the studio✨ She will be teaching our Wednesday Pom classes and our Friday Tap & Jazz classes!

A little bit about Miss Carmel~
I’m a San Diego-based dancer who has been training in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and hip-hop since the age of three. More recently, I’ve added Pom to my training, continuing to expand my versatility and grow throughout my dance journey.
Throughout my training, I had the opportunity to dance and compete with Infinity Dance Arts and The Ballet Company SD, gaining valuable experience both on and off the stage. During my freshman year of college, I was also part of a group of girls who founded the PLNU Dance Team at Point Loma Nazarene University, where I continue to dance as a senior.
Alongside dance, I’m currently studying Social Work and Criminal Justice at Point Loma Nazarene University. I’m so excited to be here, inspire young dancers, and create a positive environment where they can grow in confidence, technique, and love for dance. I’m passionate about sharing the joy of dance and can’t wait to continue that passion through teaching!

✨Meet our newest instructor! We are so excited to officially welcome Miss Lena to the studio family! Let’s give her a warm welcome and a big hello 💕

A little more about Miss Lena...
I’m a dancer and teacher from Los Angeles, trained in contemporary, jazz, ballet, hip-hop, and tap since age three. I danced with companies such as On the Edge, Westside Ballet, and Mather Dance. I solidified my passion for dance through performing the work of Alonzo King LINES, Gregory Dawson, Zak Ryan Schlegel, Mike Tyus, and Sidra Bell, within programs CSSSA, Kaufman Dance, and World of Dance. I’ve performed in various shows and assisted with auditions and judging. I’m currently studying Business and Dance at San Diego State University and love sharing my passion for movement by teaching and inspiring the next generation of dancers.
