Our mission is to not only teach these kids gymnastics skills, but to help build a solid foundation of life skills. By teaching them teamwork, how to encourage and build others up, we will not only lead by example, but will believe in and encourage them along the way, ensuring that they know they are all champion kids who will grow into champion adults!

September 11, 2018 → September 8, 2026

Eight years ago, Macy’s mom shared this black and white picture with the caption:

“Little girl with big dreams 💕”

At the time, we wrote, “Keep on dreaming Macy and those dreams will become a reality!”

Well… look at her now. 🥹❤️

That little girl standing at the railing, watching the “big girls” practice, has become one of the big girls that our younger gymnasts now watch and look up to.

From Rec gymnastics ➡️ USAG Level 8… countless hours in the gym, hard days, great days, fears overcome, skills mastered, and a whole lot of determination in between.

And on Tuesday night, we got to capture that second picture—the pure excitement on Macy’s face after landing her back 1½! 🙌🔥

There’s something pretty special about getting to watch a gymnast grow up in this sport. The little girl in that first picture had no idea just how far gymnastics would take her.

She just knew she had big dreams. ❤️

Macy, eight years ago we told you to keep dreaming and those dreams would become a reality.

You did exactly that.

And now somewhere in our gym, there’s another little girl watching you and dreaming about the gymnast she might become someday!! 🥹🤸‍♀️❤️

Way to make those dreams a reality, Macy!! We’re not done yet! 💪❤️

🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day from PEG! ❤️🤍💙

Today, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible coaches who make Performance Elite Gymnastics what it is!

Our coaches put in countless hours teaching, spotting, planning, encouraging, cleaning, problem-solving, celebrating victories and helping athletes work through the hard days. The work they do goes far beyond teaching gymnastics skills—they help build confidence, resilience, work ethic and a love for the sport.

We are incredibly fortunate to have a staff that cares so deeply about our athletes and our gym. PEG simply wouldn’t be the gym it is without their dedication, hard work and the energy they bring through our doors every day!! ❤️

To our entire PEG coaching staff—THANK YOU. We see the work you put in, we appreciate you, and we’re so grateful to have each of you as part of our PEG family!

Performance Elite Gymnastics will be CLOSED today, Friday 9/4 through Monday, 9/7 for Labor Day Weekend!

There will be no recreational classes or team practices during the closure.

What a way to kick off our first night of Fall Session at Performance Elite Gymnastics!

Seeing a FULL GYM tonight—athletes working, coaches coaching, teammates cheering, and families filling the building—is something we will never take for granted. We are incredibly blessed to have so many families trust PEG with their gymnasts. ❤️

This is what it’s all about. A packed gym. Big goals. New skills. Hard work. Friendships. And a whole lot of gymnastics! 💪🤸‍♀️

✨ WE’RE READY FOR FALL! ✨

Our week off wasn’t exactly a week off around here. 😉 While our gymnasts were taking a break, our staff and cleaning company was busy giving PEG a serious top-to-bottom reset!

🧹 Deep cleaning throughout the facility
✨ Floors scrubbed AND polished
🧽 Equipment, mats & training areas cleaned and reset
🪑 Parent viewing areas refreshed
👕 Pro Shop organized
💙 And plenty of behind-the-scenes work to get everything ready for a brand-new session!

There’s just something about walking into a freshly cleaned, polished and reset gym that makes the start of a new season feel even better. 😍

And TONIGHT’S THE NIGHT! 🎉

Fall Rec Classes AND our 2026–27 Competition Season officially begin tonight, and we can’t wait to have the gym full of athletes, coaches and families again!

Our Fall 2026 Rec Session kicks off August 31, and classes are filling up FAST! If gymnastics has been on your child’s fall wish list, now is the time to grab one of the remaining spots. ❤️💙

On Saturday, September 12, PEG is welcoming 2024 Paris Olympian & NCAA Champion Aleah Finnegan for an unforgettable day of gymnastics, fun and inspiration! 💜💛

Aleah represented the Philippines at the 2024 Paris Olympics, became the 2024 NCAA Floor Champion, AND helped LSU capture its first-ever NCAA Gymnastics National Championship. 🇵🇭🏅🐯

And there’s still time to be part of it!

Gymnasts can also raise money, earn prizes and help support PEG gym improvements and competition fees while participating in this incredible experience!!
