Virtual lesson with Derek Lekkerkerk First video is the before and second video is working on some HGI - Premier Golf Instruction concepts keeping the center of mass from getting out over the foot pressure at address and proper trail hip internal rotation instead of twisting. This reduces run on of the club and with less twisting on the back swing, he has much less to undo on the downswing. He is better sequenced. He said he felt like he was doing a lot less, which is what we want and what we see. Exactly what we see. Good players do much less. Chris Walkey Tony Greco

Great day two of learning at The Golf Farm at the HGI - Premier Golf Instruction Thanks so much to Mike Kay PT, DPT Tony Greco Chris Walkey and Braeden Koran for sharing your knowledge and insights. These guys are some of the smartest minds in golf. i learned some new ways to approach things and concepts that not only make sense but also work. My big takeaway is posture keeping the center of mass (the human you) behind the foot prevents as you set up to the ball. This keeps your center mass from tipping out over your foot pressure and that sets everything up to get the swing starter properly as you work into P2.5. All this twisting an early turning is nothing but a disaster in the golf swing

Day one complete of the HGI - Premier Golf Instruction with Mike Kay PT, DPT Chris Walkey Tony Greco at The Golf Farm who hosted the seminar. It was a great day of learning how to find the one driver that someone is doing in their golf swing that affects everything else and that is set up and very early in the swing P2 or club parallel to ground on backswing. It this gets organized properly other things fall into place Learned some new was to get the posture better from the ground up so the start of the swing can improve. Looking forward to tomorrow
