🥊 Strength. Confidence. Teamwork. Community.
We were honored to welcome the StarPlus Energy LLC Women in Manufacturing ERG to Headbangers Kickboxing Academy of Kokomo for an action-packed and empowering experience!
The group stepped outside their comfort zones and got hands-on with the fundamentals of kickboxing, working through bag drills focused on punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. They brought incredible energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to challenge themselves throughout the class.
We then took things up a level and gave the group the opportunity to spar with some of our Headbangers students, allowing them to put their newly learned skills into practice in a safe, supportive, and controlled environment. 🥊
And because we wanted everyone to have something to remember the experience by, each attendee received a pair of Venum boxing gloves to take home! 🥊🔥
To cap off an already incredible event, we were proud to have Ahmad McKinnie, owner of Vision Studios here in Kokomo, join us for a professional photoshoot, capturing the strength, energy, and camaraderie of the day. 📸
A huge THANK YOU to the Star Plus Energy Women in Manufacturing ERG for choosing Headbangers to host your event. It was a privilege to have you in our gym, and we hope you walked away with more than just a great workout — new skills, new experiences, great memories, and a renewed sense of confidence.
We believe the gym should be more than a place to train. It should be a place where people can challenge themselves, support one another, build confidence, and become stronger together.
Thank you for trusting Headbangers Kickboxing Academy of Kokomo to be part of your team-building experience. We had an absolute blast having you all here! ❤️🥊
