Grateful for the opportunity to share 6am sunrise training “where men sharpen men “ we encourage each other, we push each other and we make each other better every day on the mat. As an instructor, I get to witness to the ever changing and growth of each student. It’s absolutely amazing.

What an amazing day lots of black belts and a lot of great roles building community one day at a time. grateful for everyone that came out this Sunday. We’ll see you next weekend.
