Games are still on as scheduled..

Games this afternoon have. Been rained out. Pictures are still on as scheduled at the Methodist Church.

All pictures will be taken at the Beaver Ridge Methodist Church at the Karns red light. Go behind the church to the building in the back. Once you are finished come on down to the park for some baseball!!!!

Saturday is Picture Day. All teams will have pictures taken before their scheduled games Saturday. Pictures will be rain or shine. There is no makeup day for pictures. If you miss picture day, you will be left out of the pictures. Our hope is that the rain stays away and we can play baseball also, but the pictures will happen either way.

Your coach has been notified of a time when your pictures are to be taken usually 30 minutes or so before your game time. Pictures will be taken at the BEAVER RIDGE METHODIST CHURCH at the Karns Red Light. We will be in the Education building at the Church located directly across the street from the Weigels. Please arrive early. We will not wait for late arrivals. We have 34 teams to take pictures.

Our pictures are being done by Creative Images of East Tennessee. Some of you have already received forms to be filled out in advance for pictures. Please use those forms if you have them. Forms will be available at the picture taking. The vendor will take cash, checks, money orders and credit cards. However, you must have the correct change and payment must be made when the pictures are taken.

As of now, games are on schedule to be held at the ball field. Please check the league website and the phone app for game status and time updates on Saturday.

Again, please arrive early for pictures and be patient. Picture Day can be stressful, but we will get it done if we all work together.
