🌟 Athlete of the Month: Tish Webb! 🌟
Meet our September Athlete of the Month, Tish! A U.S. Coast Guard Veteran, outdoor enthusiast, professional dog and cat groomer, and world champion kettlebell juggler, Tish has been part of the CFFC community for many years!
Tish started CrossFit over a decade ago and was instantly hooked by the challenge, variety, and community. Her proudest accomplishment is completing the 2,200-mile Appalachian Trail, something she credits CrossFit with helping prepare her for both physically and mentally. 💪🥾
What she loves most about CFFC is the supportive community, great coaching, and being able to laugh together through even the toughest WODs.
