Horses are highly perceptive, non-judgmental animals that mirror human emotions. Interacting with them teaches participants to manage their own energy, patience, and body language.

Horses have excellent hearing, with the ability to rotate their ears 180 degrees to detect sounds in different directions.

Successfully handling or riding a massive animal provides a massive boost to self-esteem and instills a sense of capability. Working with another being towards a goal can build our confidence.
