My lower back was going crazy from hitting heavy RDL’s week after week
Here’s a few movements that helped me alleviate some of that!
1. Runner’s Stretch w Rotation (spine rotation is slept on)
2. Hip Adduction Stretch (emphasis on pushing the hips back)
3. Jefferson Curls (doing it for the stretch)
4. Back Ext (hang at the bottom for 5 sec)
5. Dead Bugs (focusing on drawing in)

Great movement to work on multiple modalities!Rich and Becky are doing it for balance, strength, and some overhead mobility. The staggered stance put an emphasis on the core which dig a lot!
