We’re looking for a few more Knoxville families who want their kids to start the school year with more confidence, focus, discipline, and a great physical outlet.

Right now, new students can schedule a FREE private introductory lesson at Progressive Martial Arts Knoxville. We’ll meet one-on-one, show you around, help you find the right class, and let your child actually try martial arts before you make any decisions.

And there’s an extra reason to get started this month: students who enroll by August 31 lock in our current tuition rate before new-student rates increase September 1.

No experience needed. Just wear comfortable athletic clothes and come see if PMA is a good fit for your family.

2026 5 Animals of Kenpo Summer Camp! This was such a fun crew and we are already looking forward to next year!

Here are the tees for our 2026 Kenpo Karate Summer Camp. Our theme is the “5 Animals of Kenpo” and we have a few spots left!

Daily Themes:

* Monday – Crane: Balance and Stances
* Tuesday – Leopard: Speed and Hand Strikes
* Wednesday – Snake: Flexibility and Grappling
* Thursday – Tiger: Power and Distance Control
* Friday – Dragon: Spirit & Kicks

Each day will be themed around that animal’s movements, mindset, and techniques. Expect stories, drills, and challenges to match!

Our classes had so much fun at Spirit Week this week! Check out some footage from Ninja Day on Wednesday. The dojo is now closed for Winter Break. Classes resume on Monday, January 5. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Congratulations to Isabel on her promotion to Blue Belt in Jiu Jitsu at PMA Knoxville! We have a great crew of students training Jiu Jitsu on Monday and Wednesday nights with Rodrigo. And Isabel was one of the first in the program!
