Hi everyone,
Our water has been up and going, however, Montgomery Well Drilling needed to treat the plaza's water today.

Please DO NOT drink or shower for 24 hours - Everything will be back to normal tomorrow at 11:45 AM!! We have put notices in both bathrooms and by our sink.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and thank you for your patience as we have had work done on the plaza's well over the past week.

The entire Mint Leaf Plaza is without water, including Hard Knox Gym. Please plan accordingly.

No restrooms/showers will be available until the issue is fixed.
We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have it up as soon as possible.

Country Strong Asphalt & Sealcoating LLC will begin sealcoating Mint Leaf Plaza tomorrow, August 20 on the Save - A - Lot side. Hard Knox Gym's side will be done Friday, August 21.

Parking will be permitted on the side not being worked on. Please plan accordingly.

Today marks 5 years since we opened Hard Knox Gym....wow, it's wild to be able to say that.

From the very beginning we knew we wanted to be more than just a gym, we wanted to create a family-like community. And that's exactly what we did!
Over the past 5 years we have met and built friendships with so many people!

We have had the opportunity to be apart of:

- Making first timers feel comfortable
- People breaking personal records
- People breaking gym records
- Seeing your children grow
- You grow your children
- We have lost and grieved people
- Where strangers become friends
- Where strangers become spouses
- Cheering you all on no matter who you are
- Helping the community in big and small ways
And so so much more...

We have been apart of so much in such a seemingly short time. We have created something really special here, our own community, comradery, relationships of all kinds. We are so grateful for all of you that have helped Hard Knox Gym become what it is today. Without you, there is no *us.*

Thank you - to everyone for all the support over the years. To the ones that have loved us and poured right back into us. To the ones that cheer us on!

Please come celebrate with us tomorrow from 11-3. We will have pulled pork and hot dogs, desserts, some giveaways, and t-shirts for sale! Yoga at 7:00, a boot camp workout at 12:00, and all the love in between!! ALL are welcome, members or not. And the gym is FREE ALL DAY for anyone to come workout. 💪

THIS SATURDAY!!!

We made a small adjustment to the event. It will now be 11-3 instead of 9-3. We will have free food available starting at 11.

Come hang out with us and help celebrate being in business for 5 years!! We will have 5 year anniversary shirts available for purchase. Shirts will be $25.00 and only available the day of unless we have any left.

Yoga is at 7:00 AM with Jessica Bellamy of Just Breathe Holistic Wellness
A boot camp-style workout at 12:00 with Kim Graham of RIP Strong.

We have several businesses and persons set up with booths!

Can't wait to see everyone!
